the sky clouded over and down came a shower of lovely fresh rain. Everything looked so fresh and green.
It soon past over and I was back out there again. This time I gathered some lovely fresh veggies, little hearting lettuce, broccoli, spring onions, chard,with their lovely bright coloured stems, baby broad beans,baby spinach and a selection of herbs. Mint,chives,tarragon,sage and thyme. I had to pick a few flowers for my little vase in the bathroom too, the sweet peas are so pretty.
A good mornings work I think. Now for a well earned cuppa. Happy Sunday xxx
