Another little sewing project

As it's so cold outside it's a good excuse to
get some sewing projects finished

I love to smock and I did this little size 0 dress in pretty
blue and yellow to pick up the colours in the tiny floral
I piped the cuffs and peter pan collar as I think it gives it a
neater finish

It is for sale on Ebay for $20 on auction

I'm just going over to some of my blogger friends linky parties
for a look at what they have been up to
The links to them if you want a look too,are on my side bar.

Happy weekend
xx jeanetteann

That's a lovely dress, I like smocking but don't have the skill or eyesight to do it now.

Oh, this is darling! I am so amazed you did that smocking - it's beautiful. I've never done it before.
Glad to know you found a way to clean your Pyrex. The Bar Keepers Friend is a non abrasive powder like Bon Ami. You could use Bon Ami too if you can find it. I've seen in the $ stores.
Thanks so much for popping in to see me.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

Dearest Jeanette Ann,
Wow, what a lovely smock work you accomplished here. The piping also adds to this little darling dress, as well as its puffed sleeves. You are selling it for a steal!

Mariette

Hello! sweetie!!
So glad that you stopped in for a visit. Always a pleasure to see you. I wanted to pop over and see what wonderful project you were working on now.
Darling little dress!! I love smocking. I have worked with purchased "smocked" inserts but have never done it myself. You are a very talented woman!!
It's always funny to hear you talk about the weather. You are cold when we are dying from the heat. LOL. Maybe you could blow some cool air our way!
Will visit again soon!!
Luv, Luv,
Elizabeth
