More Christmas tweaking

I visited Bella at Bella's rose cottage today
and I loved how she used cut glass dishes etc with tea candles
They looked so pretty twinkling amongst the Christmas goodies
Sooooo, I had to copy, and I love them

I also made Banana chutney for the first time
and while I was on a roll, some orange marmalade
It makes lovely little gifts with their colourful tops

It's going to be a scorching 43c tomorrow. phhhhhhw
so I picked most of the hydrangeas,as I'm sure they won't cope
with the heat.
It was 1939 when it was last that hot in December 43.9 to be precise.

I hope you are staying cool in Aus
and warm for my Northern friends
Merry Christmas
I am still trying to get around all the nice linky parties
this week
The links are on my side bar

Hot or cold, things are looking festive for you! I loved Bella's display too! I have spent Christmas in the tropics and it has a whole different feeling when it's not cold. There is a commercial on TV here that has a palm tree all lit with colored lights and it looks quite cheery! I hope your Christmas is wonderful, Jeannette!

Jeanetteann,
Yummmmm! Banana chutney and orange marmalade. All you need is my homemade biscuits.
I would much rather be where it's warm. Brrrrrrr...... it's freezing cold here. Ice-y rain.
Wishing you and your family... a very Merry Christmas.
God bless.
Your friend,
Elizabeth

Your homemade goodies look delicious! I think I would prefer some place warm as we had a terrible ice storm the other day and lots of people are without electricity. Thank you so much for visiting L'Heure Bleue At Home!

I love your sparkling lights Jeanetteann! And homemade marmalade? Good thing you are far enough away as Mr. B would leave me to be with you just for that LOL! Merry Christmas dear friend :-)
