Chemical free cleaning

Safe cleaning products above

Have you ever thought what all the chemicals in cleaning products
are doing to the environment and our health?

A few years ago,I decided to change the way I cleaned my home

I tossed out all the expensive, poison products that filled my cupboards.
I replaced them with Vinegar, salt, baking soda, and a few other safe products like
eucalyptus oil,

I scrubbed the tiles behind my kitchen sink today using salt and vinegar,
(not only for fish and chips :)
a scrubbing brush and elbow grease.

This is what they looked like before

And after

I use this method for the bathroom too.
I wipe down bench tops with vinegar and soak the dishcloth with it too

It's a natural antiseptic and disinfectant.

I have written a book that includes hints and recipes and much more

It's a great help,especially for working mums

It is available from my website http//sbpra.com/jeanetteodonnell
price $10

Happy Cleaning xx jeanette

Hi Jeanetteann,
I'm ordering 2 copies of your cleaning book.
I agree we should be using healthier cleaning products.
Looking forward to learning some new ways of doing things.
Have a good week

Hello Jeanetteann,
thanks for linking this to Heart & Home.
I am very interested in using natural cleaning products as I have chemical sensitivities and asthma.
I use vinegar too, but even that will set me off on a reaction at times.
Your book sounds great and I hope it sells really well for you :-)

Have a blessed week ..Trish x

Jeanetteann,
I use to use a lot of homemade cleaning mixutres. Then I became lazy and started using pruchased ones. You are so right, they are so bad for us and the environment. I really need to go back to the basics. Thanks for sharing with Share Your Cup. (Said that on another post by mistake) Sorry! Blonde moment. lol!
Hugs,
Jann

You're right, there are a lot of chemicals we use we could try better, healthier options. I appreciate you sharing with Home and Garden Thursday,
Kathy
