Mothers Day

I got to celebrate Mothers Day, late this year, because we were on holidays
Our Children  spoiled me as usual with lots of sweet gifts.
Mothers day wouldn't be Mothers Day without flowers.

This beautiful vase containing the flowers was made by my daughter.
She knows how much I love handmade gifts. Isn't it lovely?
The jar is a vintage Agee utility. I think they are for preserving.

My favourite childhood book Black Beauty, it is inscribed 1974 and my favourite magazine

I also received a pretty box full of bathroom goodies, can't get enough of those.

I am joining the following parties
House in the Roses
Angelwings and Apronstrings
Knick of Time
Coloradolady
The Farmhouse Porch
French Country Cottage
Kathe with an E
The Charm of Home

Looks like your Mother's Day was a lovely one, Jeanetteann.
Nothing moves a mother's heart quite as much as receiving pretty flowers from their children!
I love the doily on your sweet vase :-)
It looks beautiful set against your lace curtain!
Books + bathroom goodies and flowers = bliss!
Thank you for sharing yours at Heart & Home.
Have a very blessed day..Trish

Hello Jeanetteann, This is so lovely - handmade gifts are the best - I was just looking at doing the very same thing to a few old jars - their sitting next to my desk with doilies and lace just waiting for me! I think it is such a lovely combination! Bath and body goodies are always special too - I appreciate you sharing with Home and Garden Thursday,
Kathy
