I made these little silk victorian dolls, one of them is the top of an avon perfume bottle. I think they look quite sweet. The picture is only from a birthday card and the frame an op shop find. The silk flowers I split up from time to time and spread them around the house.

i have been busy round the opshops again and found a lovely solid coffee table with cabriole legs for $30 I have decided to redecorate my sewing room and we have painted it blue sky which is lovely. I am painting the coffee table white along with a beautiful old wooden chair I inherited. I love the old stuff and it can be found so cheaply. we very rarely buy new stuff for our home. We recycle ,repaint and repair what we can. I decorate with fresh and silk flowers when the garden doesn't supply to give a nice fresh look. I will post the finished room next time.
